The pictures shown are the exact item you will receive, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing.

The buyer is fully responsible for confirming fitment, compatibility, part numbers, and application prior to purchase. Hybrid Auto Parts Inc is not responsible for fitment issues, incorrect part selection, or compatibility mistakes. Please make sure this is the exact part you need before placing your order.

Buyer Inspection

All parts must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Please review the item condition, description, and photos for any visible damage, wear, markings, or additional details before purchase and again upon receiving the item.

Used auto parts may show normal signs of wear from previous use. Any major visible damage will be shown in the photos or noted in the description when applicable.

Return Policy

3-Day Inspection Notice

Select parts may qualify for a 3-day inspection period from the date of delivery. The buyer must contact us within this inspection period if there is an issue with the item.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Condition

All returned items must be returned in the same original condition as sent out by Hybrid Auto Parts Inc. Items must not be altered, disassembled, installed incorrectly, damaged, modified, refurbished, remanufactured, or tampered with in any way.

Return Shipping

Free return shipping may be provided only if the item has not been tampered with, altered, or damaged after delivery. If the item is returned and found to be tampered with, damaged, missing components, or altered in any way, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and the return may be denied.

Certified Shop / Collision Repair Center Requirement

To qualify for a return, all parts must be installed by a certified repair shop, mechanic, or collision repair center. The buyer must provide proof of professional installation, including receipts or invoices.

Returns will not be accepted without proper proof of certified professional installation.

Electrical Parts

All electrical parts are sold as-is. If an electrical item is not functioning properly, please contact us as soon as possible with a clear explanation of the issue and the solution you are seeking. We will do our best to review the situation and help where possible.

Payment Policy

Immediate Payment Required for Same-Day Shipping

If you would like your item shipped the same day, payment must be submitted immediately.

48-Hour Payment Deadline

For all other purchases, payment must be completed within 48 hours of purchase.

Order Processing

Orders will only be processed, prepared, or shipped after full payment has been received.

Used Parts Risk Acknowledgment

The buyer understands and acknowledges that used automotive parts carry inherent risks, including the possibility that the part may not function as expected, may require programming, may require additional parts, or may fail after installation.

Installation Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for proper installation. Improper installation, incorrect programming, mishandling, or use of the wrong part may damage the item and void any return eligibility or warranty consideration.

Exclusions

Hybrid Auto Parts Inc does not cover labor, installation costs, programming, diagnostics, towing, storage fees, rental vehicles, loss of use, shop fees, or any other associated costs.

Items sold as “core,” “for parts,” “parts only,” or “as-is” are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping and properly reported.

Warranty Void Conditions

Any return or warranty consideration is void if the item is physically damaged, missing components, opened, disassembled, refurbished, remanufactured, altered, modified, repaired, or otherwise tampered with.

If the item is returned with missing original components or replaced/modified components, the return will be denied.

Inspection Opportunity

By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees that they have reviewed the photos, description, condition, and all available information before purchasing the item.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will only cover the original purchase price of the item. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by Hybrid Auto Parts Inc.

Hybrid Auto Parts Inc is not responsible for recovering or reimbursing any costs above the original purchase price of the item.
