The photos shown are of the exact item you will receive, unless otherwise stated. Please review all pictures, item condition, part numbers, and description carefully before buying.

The buyer is responsible for confirming fitment, compatibility, part numbers, and application before purchase. Hybrid Auto Parts Inc is not responsible for incorrect part selection, fitment issues, or compatibility mistakes.

Used Parts Notice

All parts are used and may show normal wear from previous use. Any major visible damage will be shown in the photos or noted in the description when applicable.

Used automotive parts may require programming, additional parts, or professional installation. Hybrid Auto Parts Inc does not cover labor, programming, diagnostics, towing, storage fees, rental vehicles, shop fees, or any other related costs.

Return Policy

Select parts may qualify for a 3-day inspection period from the date of delivery. The buyer must contact us within this period if there is an issue.

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returned items must be in the same original condition as received. Items that are installed incorrectly, damaged, altered, opened, disassembled, modified, repaired, refurbished, remanufactured, missing components, or tampered with may be denied.

Free return shipping may only be provided if the item has not been altered, damaged, or tampered with after delivery. If the returned item shows signs of damage, missing parts, or tampering, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs and the return may be denied.

Installation Requirement

To qualify for a return, parts must be installed by a certified repair shop, mechanic, or collision repair center. Proof of professional installation, such as a receipt or invoice, may be required. Returns may not be accepted without proper installation documentation.

Electrical Parts

All electrical parts are sold as-is. If an electrical item is not working properly, please contact us as soon as possible with a clear explanation of the issue so we can review the situation.

Items sold as “core,” “for parts,” “parts only,” or “as-is” are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping and properly reported.

Payment & Shipping

Payment is required before any order is processed, prepared, or shipped.

For same-day shipping, payment must be made immediately. For all other purchases, payment must be completed within 48 hours.

Refunds

Approved refunds cover only the original purchase price of the item. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by Hybrid Auto Parts Inc.
